To celebrate my brother’s birthday, I made him a rainbow cake and it turned out wonderfully. I set the oven for 350 degrees and mixed all the ingredients together the same way I make pancakes, smoothing out the little balls of flour and adding egg, water, and oil**. I simply oiled the pan so the mix wouldn’t stick on the bottom and heat it up for half an hour. It fluffed up in 20 minutes, and then I let it sit in the oven to allow the shape to set and so the cake can absorb the moisture in the air.
**I decreased the oil amount of the cake so that I can tell everyone it’s healthy.
